Cooking with the Stars

January 21 – Italian Prepared Chicken (Nonna’s Way). Students will learn how to prepare, Chicken ala Cattatori, Lemon Chicken Piccatta and Baked Chicken Calabrese.

January 22 – Flaming Easy tableside Desserts-  students will learn how to make the world famous, “Cherries Jubilee & Bananas Foster the Waldorf Astoria way !!! 

Cost is $25 per person plus the cost of food. Cooking classes are one night and offered 3x per week. Payment should be made 3 days in advance by calling Chef Dan Catanio or emailing Classes take place at Saint Monica’s Church.

Future classes are planned each week
